Libya is exercising economic openness, both locally and internationally, and is promoting foreign capital investment on its territory in industrial, touristic, agricultural and constructional etc… domains. Accordingly, an urgent need has arisen to facilitate legal and administrative procedures in connection with the registration of branches and representative offices of foreign companies in Libya, as well as conducting commercial agencies and correlated registrations of intellectual property.

Due to this economic activity, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Investment decided to make a list of those who will be authorized to carry out the registration of foreign and national companies, as well as intellectual property. Hence, the company styled “Al-Koun for Commercial Registration” has been incorporated as stated hereunder:
