Formation of Joint Ventures (Libyan - Foreign)
We offer services for the registration and formation of Joint Ventures (Libyan - Foreign) in Libya, in accordance with the provisions of Decree no. 8 of 2005 AD issued by the Libyan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Investment.

A Certificate issued by a bank operating in Libya showing the transfer into Libya of the payable amount for the value of shares held in the Joint Venture. |

If the foreign partner is a joint stock company or a limited liability company, a resolution issued by its Board of Directors should state the company's approval of contribution in the formation the Joint Venture, and the value of its shareholding. |

A copy of the foreign company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. |

A recent Extract of the foreign company's entry in the Commercial Register. |
The documents referred to in Clauses (two, three and four) should be authenticated by the Libyan Embassy or its substitute in the country where the company’s main office is located, provided that the documents are translated into Arabic inside Libya after being authenticated.
