Opening Representative Offices of Foreign Companies in Libya
We offer services for the registration of newly-opened representative offices foreign companies in Libya in accordance with the provisions of Law no. (8) of 2005 AD.
Documents required for opening a commercial Representative Office:

Resolution passed by the company's Board of Directors for the approval of opening a commercial Representative Office in Libya. |

Name of the Manager of the Representative Office, to be mentioned either in the Resolution of the Board of Directors for opening the Representative Office in Libya, or in a separate Resolution (provided that the Office Manager holds the company's nationality, or the Libyan nationality). |

A recent Extract from the Commercial Register, or a Certificate of Membership in the Chamber of Commerce with respect to countries where there is no commercial Representative Office, the said document to be authenticated by the Libyan Embassy or its substitute in the country where the company’s Registered Office is located, and attached with its (Arabic) translation. |

Translation of the Extract into Arabic should be done after its authentication. |

The company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. |
